GEORGE W. TETLER III is a partner of the Worcester-based law firm of Bowditch & Dewey LLP. He is a graduate of Denison University and American University, Washington College of Law, and earned an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Tetler chairs his firm's business and finance practice group. He concentrates his practice on representing businesses and real estate entities in a wide range of business planning, merger and acquisition, financing, and restructuring transactions, representing several financial institutions with respect to general corporate issues. Mr. Tetler is a frequent lecturer on business, commercial, and real estate law topics before various professional and trade groups, such as the Massachusetts Bankers Association, the American Institute of Banking, MCLE, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
