PETER WITTENBORG is the executive director of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA) in Boston. Previously, he was eastern Massachusetts branch manager of Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (CATIC) and practiced with the Boston firm of Kaye Fialkow and at the Boston office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Mr. Wittenborg serves on the MCLE Real Estate and Environmental Curriculum Advisory Committee and is a contributing author to Crocker’s Notes on Common Forms (MCLE, Inc. 9th ed. 2006 & Supp. 2008, 2010) and Massachusetts Foreclosures (MCLE, Inc. 2nd ed. 1997).
