SARAH E. WORLEY is a partner at Pre-Trial Solutions, Inc., in Boston, where she works as a full-time mediator and arbitrator. Ms. Worley handles disputes in all areas of civil practice, including but not limited to personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction, sexual abuse, sexual harassment and discrimination, employment disputes, complex multiparty commercial disputes, banking, general business, professional and medical malpractice, partnership disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Worley is fluent in all aspects of electronic discovery and e-disputes and serves as a special master in state and federal court disputes. She has participated in continuing education programs for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Boston Association for Childbirth Education, and the Lorman Institute, and is a frequent lecturer for MCLE. Ms. Worley is a certified REDRESS mediator for the U.S. Postal Service and is an adjunct professor at the Southern New England School of Law. She is the coauthor of Mediation and Arbitration 2002, volume forty-seven of the Massachusetts Practice Series. Ms. Worley is the vice chairman of the judicial nominating commission and a member of the executive committee of the Massachusetts chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
