GERALDINE FASNACHT is the supervising attorney of the Enforcement Advisors Unit at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) where she oversees a staff of attorneys and provides legal counsel to investigators and enforcement supervisors. Ms. Fasnacht is a certified trainer who conducts both internal and external trainings on substantive discrimination law and practice before the MCAD. She has mediated cases at all stages in the MCAD process and served as Commission counsel to prosecute pro se complaints after probable cause has been found. She previously held the positions of Attorney Investigator, Acting Supervisor of the Attorney Assisted Unit, and Enforcement Advisor at the MCAD. Ms. Fasnacht is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. (March 2011)
