Keynote speaker

Mark Mandell on Choice Theory: A New Way To Try Cases

Choice theory is a new and unique approach to trying cases. Choice theory utilizes the principles of Decision Science. A verdict is the result of many choices made by the jury throughout the trial. Choice theory explains how to present choices during trial that lead to a just verdict. Attorney Mark Mandell provides practical advice on how to make choice theory work for you. Hear the latest in jury research and find out the latest trends in verdicts.

Attorney Mark Mandell, of Mandell, Schwartz & Boisclair in Providence, is a nationally recognized expert in jury research. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Mandell focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, medical negligence cases, nursing home cases, and business litigation.
