Product Description

Will contests are a highly specialized type of litigation, and tackling them requires specialized training. Will contests are unique because they fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Probate and Family Court, are subject to specific pleading requirements and procedural rules, and involve a limited set of available claims and defenses. They also come with risk because the Probate Court has statutory discretion to award legal fees and costs as a matter of equity.
