Product Description
MCLE brings together leading estate planners and nationallyrecognized practitioners for our 17th Annual New England Estate Planning Conference 2016. This carefully-crafted program features topics of benefit to every estate planner, from the newer practitioner to the experienced veteran.
The day begins with the ever-popular Professor Jeffrey Pennell presenting his annual update on recent developments. Professor Pennell provides a cutting-edge summary of the latest decisions, rulings, regulations, and legislative developments that affect estate planning. The session features ample opportunity for registrants to pose questions to Professor Pennell—an unequalled opportunity for interactive participation with one of the nation’s leading thinkers on estate planning.
In the afternoon, you choose from among five sessions that range from high-level analysis geared toward experienced practitioners to more intimate group discussions designed for newer planners. Whatever your practice area and level of expertise, you will find a panel that is both timely and informative.
