Product Description
MCLE is proud to present the 18th Annual Paralegal Conference 2016. Led by a faculty of some of the most distinguished paralegals and attorneys in Massachusetts, this Conference is your opportunity to stay on top of developments in the law that affect paralegals, while continuing to hone your skills in multiple areas of practice. This year’s Conference provides extensive pragmatic guidance to lead you in your practice, and offers a Keynote Address whose applicability doesn’t end when you leave the office, but will serve you in all aspects of your life!
The 18th Annual Paralegal Conference 2016 features a keynote panel by renowned speaker Joshua Weiss on negotiating your way through life. There is a group workshop on ethical dilemmas that frequently arise, as well as a discussion on how to approach becoming a limited license legal technician, and why it’s something you may want to consider. In addition to the group sessions, all registrants have the opportunity to choose two out of four breakout sessions to attend. There are breakouts on the updates to state and federal rules; contract law; probate law; and technology in the workplace—allowing you to focus your experience during this Conference on your particular needs, without spending time in groups that won’t assist your everyday practice.
