Product Description
“You can’t make this stuff up!” is an often-heard response to the conduct of both employers and employees in the workplace. Employment counseling presents real challenges to legal practitioners, but also offers real opportunities to assist clients in ensuring their conduct is lawful and appropriate, and in guiding them through the process of addressing employers’ and employees’ bad behavior in a lawful manner. This program addresses issues facing employers and employees dealing with bad behavior by the other party—and recognizing bad behavior in themselves. The panel discusses real situations, and provides practical tips and guidance on how to prevent and remedy bad behavior.
