MCLE is pleased to present its fourteenth annual comprehensive conference developed exclusively for the family law practitioner. The Family Law Conference is the largest family law program of its kind in Massachusetts and provides timely, practical information for all levels of practice, on some of the most challenging issues facing family law practitioners. The Conference features leading practitioners, experts, and judges speaking on current and emerging issues in family law and practice. Conference highlights include a keynote panel on privacy issues in the contemporary family law practice, a caselaw and legislative update, an update on the state of the Probate and Family Court from Chief Justice Carey, a point/counterpoint discussion on whether to mediate or litigate and six workshops from which registrants may select two. Presentations are supplemented with the popular conference manual and attendees receive the 2011 Massachusetts Family Law Sourcebook & Citator at no extra charge.
