A key element of every trial is the question of handling evidentiary issues. A trial lawyer has to anticipate key evidentiary problems before the trial, and has to be prepared to smoothly handle unexpected problems that will invariably appear during the proceedings.
Understanding the ins and outs of evidence is critical to your ability to conduct a trial effectively. If you do not master evidence, your ability to try a case will be fatally impaired.
This program helps you become a better advocate from pre trial strategy to post trial advocacy. You learn to identify the likely problems, decide whether to raise them through motions, and the interactive sessions provide you with the tools to prepare an effective motion in limine. You obtain the knowledge that enables you to make rapid decisions as the trial progresses. MCLE's all star faculty helps you obtain the tools you need to be ready with concise effective arguments that persuade the Court to rule in your favor at your next court appearance. Many cases have been won or lost as a result of evidentiary issues. When you leave this program, you actually know what hearsay really is, and how you may use your knowledge to gain an advantage over those who skip this presentation.
