You learn to draft estate planning instruments while considering the impact of both Massachusetts and federal estate taxes and the ever-changing Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code. You get an in-depth look at how to prepare wills, trusts, health care proxies, and powers of attorney, as well as advice on everything from handling the first client meeting to post-mortem planning.
