    Product Description

The four words that any new attorney dreads hearing: “Call your first witness.” The primary focus of the program is on how to make the most of a pretrial conference by adequately preparing for the hearing, effectively advocating before the judge and ultimately negotiating a fair and reasonable settlement on behalf of your client.

In any domestic matter, an attorney’s responsibilities are to gather the necessary information (including the use of experts) in order to evaluate the case, negotiate from a position of strength, strategically convey your client's interests and positions to your judge, and lastly—to set realistic expectations between you and your client as you counsel her on a range of settlement options. This program centers on these critical factors as you proceed to a pretrial Conference.
