Product Description
Product Description
The Massachusetts Rules of Appellate Procedure have been completely revised and updated. The amendments affect all steps of an appeal—ordering a transcript, formatting a brief, filing amicus briefs, post-judgement letters, and applications for further appellate review. The amendments become effective on March 1, 2019. This program is for every appellate attorney. The faculty guides attendees through the revised procedural rules prior to their becoming effective so that you will know how to adjust your practice. The program gives you all the information you need to litigate appeals and to help you provide your clients with the best chance of success with fewer procedural headaches.
The faculty is comprised of members of the Appellate Subcommittee of the Supreme Judicial Court’s Standing Advisory Committee on Civil and Appellate Procedure. Don’t miss your chance to hear from the experts on the new rules!
