Product Description
Sexual assault cases are extremely challenging, emotionally charged, and potentially devastating to all involved. Now, COVID-19 restrictions have made everything just that much more difficult! In order to help you prepare and try a case properly, we have put together a panel of judges and experienced lawyers who share their experiences since the court reopened to the public. They explan what has worked best for them in regards to all the changes that the coronavirus has brought to the courts and the difficulties they have faced, specifically relating to sexual assault cases.
This half-day program prepares you to handle your next sexual assault case with proven tactics and options to deal with the difficulties these cases provide, whether it is in Juvenile Court, District Court, or Superior Court!
Our Agenda will depend on you!
Email your questions to practiced.wisdom@mcle.org and we'll answer as many as we can during the program! -
