Product Description
Sexual assault cases are extremely challenging, emotionally charged, and potentially devastating to all involved. In order to prepare and try a case properly, prosecutors must be able to get their evidence before the jury and be aware of and able to anticipate defense strategies. Defense counsel must know what pretrial motions need to be filed and how to argue them, and what evidentiary issues may arise, and how to cross examine the government’s expert. At this seminar, expert faculty demonstrate the way through difficult issues inherent in handling a sex offense charge from case preparation to trial. By the end of these two half-days, you will be prepared to handle your next sexual assault case, whether it is in Juvenile Court, District Court, or Superior Court. Don’t miss the opportunity to hone your skills by watching the best!
