Confimations

Will I receive an admission ticket or confirmation of registration when I register?
Yes. When you register for a program, you will receive a confirmation email from customerservice@mcle.org. For in-person programs, to facilitate check-in, please be sure to have your confirmation email accessible on your phone.
I registered for a program, but I don't recall its date or time; how do I find out when the program is scheduled?
If you received an email confirmation of your registration and still have it, check the admission ticket included in the email for the date, time and location of the program. If you did not receive a confirmation, or no longer have it, you can look up the program in the MCLE program calendar. If you are still having trouble finding what you need, contact MCLE customer service, either by email or by calling (617) 482-2205 ext. 6.
I am not sure if I am registered for a program, how can I check?
First, look for your confirmation email. Confirmation emails are from sender "customerservice@mcle.org" and have the subject line: "Registration Confirmation for..." You can also check your order history by signing into your account on the MCLE website. Once signed in, select your name to visit your MY ACCOUNT page. Then select PRODUCTS + PROGRAM ACCESS."

Cancellations

How do I cancel my registration for a program?
With the exception of in-person only workshops and off-site programs, all MCLE programs are recorded. Accordingly, your tuition includes access to a comprehensive eprogram page where you can access all written materials, the on demand webcast, audio recording, and transcript--in full satisfaction of the tuition paid. If you prefer a refund, contact us by the end of the business day prior to the program and we'll refund your tuition minus a processing fee of $40 (or $100 for limited enrollment programs).
When does MCLE cancel programs, and how will I be notified?
In rare situations a program may be cancelled due to low enrollment or be cancelled or have a delayed start due to severe weather conditions. In those situations, all persons who have registered for the program will be contacted via email and/or phone. Weather-related delays or cancellations will also be announced on this website.

Limited Enrollment

Can I register for a program at the door on the day of the program?
Yes. In the majority of cases, you can register for an in-person MCLE program on the day of the program. Programs are occasionally cancelled due to low enrollment or severe weather conditions. If you have not pre-registered for a program, you are encouraged to call ahead or check this website to confirm that it is going forward as originally planned. A few MCLE programs have prerequisites or registration limits which preclude walk-in registrations. Please visit the individual program's webpage on this site to see if there are prerequisites or registration limits.
What is the waiting list procedure for programs with limited enrollments?
For those programs with limited enrollment, early registration is encouraged. If you wish to register for a program that is fully subscribed, your name will be placed on a waiting list. As space becomes available for the program, persons on the waiting list are contacted and given the option to register on a first-come, first-served basis.
