you will receive an email about how to access the program on demand via webcast and/or
downloadable mp3 file, including the written materials in electronic form, in full satisfaction of the tuition paid.
If you prefer a refund, let us know by the end of the business day prior to the program and we'll refund your tuition after
deducting a $40 processing fee. Limited enrollment programs may only be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee, if we are able to fill you seat.
Privacy policy
MCLE is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals with whom MCLE communicates. In the course of business, MCLE collects
customer information, which is used to process and send order(s), to bill credit cards and to contact the customer when necessary.
MCLE uses a secure server to protect the sensitive information of all individuals and law firms that access www.mcle.org. The secure server

if MCLE changes its privacy policy, such changes are posted to www.mcle.org, in order that users of the site may always be aware of what information
MCLE collects and how it is used. If a person wishes to have their name removed from MCLE's electronic database, they aree invited to email
MCLE's Customer Service Department at
customerservice@mcle.org. MCLE's staff takes every precaution
necessary to ensure that users' accounts are secure. On occasion, MCLE may partner with other professional organizations to provide special services
to our customers, in which case, customer information is limited to the purposes stated herein. It is MCLE's policy not to swap or sell databases
with third parties.
