Judgment of Reinstatement Pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, 18 (1) (a) and (c)
This matter came before the Court, Cypher, J., on the lawyer's affidavit of compliance seeking reinstatement to the practice oflaw pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, §18 (1) (a) and (c).
On March 31, 2020, the lawyer filed an affidavit of compliance and assistant bar counsel confirmed by letter filed on April 2, 2020, that the Office of Bar Counsel has no objections to the lawyer's reinstatement.
Upon consideration thereof, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Robert B. Carmel-Montes, is hereby reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts forthwith.
