Judgment of Reinstatement
This matter came before the Court. Gaziano, J., on a Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, § 18, and the Vote of the Board of Bar Overseers recommending that the Petition for Reinstatement be allowed subject to certain conditions. The parties having filed a waiver of hearing and assent to entry of a judgment reinstating the lawyer to the practice of law with conditions;
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Saba B. Hashem be, and hereby is, reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth subject to the following conditions:
1. Saba B. Hashem shall remain in treatment with his current therapist, or a successor reasonably acceptable to the Office of Bar Counsel, for two (2) year, or less if recommended by his therapist and reasonably agreed to by the Office of Bar Counsel, during which he will provide copies of his therapist's notes to the Office of Bar Counsel on a quarterly basis and, if his therapist recommends a cessation of treatment before the end of the require two (2) years, a detailed report; and
2. Saba B. Hashem shall enter into a mentoring agreement on terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to the Office of Bar Counsel and for a term of two (2) years.
