Judgment Denying Reinstatement
This matter came before the Court, Kafker, J., on a Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, § 18 (5) and the Vote of the Board of Bar Overseers recommending that the Petition for Reinstatement be denied. After a hearing via zoom was held on November 16, 2021, with attendance by all parties, and in accordance with the Memorandum of Decision of this date;
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petition for reinstatement be, and hereby is, denied.
