IN RE: Stephen Martin Gilpatric

JUDGMENT OF REINSTATEMENT

This matter came before the Court on a Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, sec. 18 (4) and the Vote of the Board of Bar Overseers recommending that the Petition for Reinstatement be allowed subject to certain conditions.

Whereupon, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the lawyer is hereby reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth subject to the following conditions:

(1) The petitioner shall continue his bi-weekly Lawyers’ Concerned for Lawyers meetings for one year from the date of reinstatement;

(2) The petitioner shall attend a Continuing Legal Education program within his practice area that is approved by the Office of Bar Counsel within six (6) months of the date of reinstatement; and

(3) The petitioner shall enter into a mentoring agreement with an attorney licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that is not an immediate family member and to be approved by the Office of Bar Counsel.
