JUDGMENT DENYING REINSTATEMENT
This matter came before the Court on a Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, § 18, with the Vote of the Board of Bar Overseers recommending that the Petition for Reinstatement be denied. On March 29, 2024, Mr. Ablavsky emailed the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court for the County of Suffolk stating that he would not be appealing the recommendation of the denial of his reinstatement.
Whereupon, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petition for reinstatement be, and the same hereby is, denied.
