JUDGMENT OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter came before the court on a petition for reinstatement pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, § 18, with the recommendation and vote of the Board of Bar Overseers (Board) that the petition for reinstatement be allowed.
Upon consideration of the Board's recommendation and vote, the Hearing Panel Report, and the record of proceedings, including the petitioner's testimony and other evidence regarding the mentorship agreement he has entered into as well as his intention to continue participating in the Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Professional Conduct Group, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petitioner is hereby reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth subject to the following condition: the petitioner continues to participate in the Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Professional Conduct Group for at least one year from the date of reinstatement.
