MCLE is pleased to present its eighteenth annual comprehensive Conference developed exclusively for the family law practitioner. The Family Law Conference is the largest family law program of its kind in Massachusetts and provides timely, practical information for all levels of practice, on some of the most challenging issues facing family law practitioners. The Conference features leading practitioners, experts, and judges speaking on current and emerging issues in family law and practice. Conference highlights include a keynote panel on protecting children from high conflict. Also included are the annual case law and legislative update, an update on the state of the Probate and Family Court from Chief Justice Ordoñez, a plenary session on alimony and child support, and three workshops from which registrants may select one. Presentations are supplemented with the popular Conference book and attendees receive the 2015 Massachusetts Family Law Sourcebook & Citator at no extra charge.
