Product Description
This comprehensive two-day program provides a basic introduction to employment and labor law for the lawyer new or returning to the field. The morning sessions present lectures by experienced faculty designed to teach you the statutes, caselaw, and practice pointers you need to understand the complex and ever-changing field of employment and labor law. The afternoon interactive sessions reinforce your knowledge by giving you practical, hands-on experience. These sessions are organized around the life cycle of typical employment situations and utilize a variety of techniques, including faculty demonstrations, role-playing, small-group workshop sessions, and discussion of hypothetical cases based on typical client situations.
