Hear the faculty discuss the Supreme Court’s holding in the Tyler case and compare and contrast the current tax title foreclosure procedures in Massachusetts with the Minnesota statute struck down in Tyler. The faculty also discuss the Supreme Court’s holding in Nelson v.
