Product Description
In Muldrow v. City of St. Louis, the U.S. Supreme Court overruled decades of circuit precedent that required Title VII plaintiffs to prove not only that they’d been discriminated against at work, but also that the discrimination caused them a significant disadvantage by harming their career prospects or their pocketbook.
Hear from one of Muldrow’s lawyers about how Muldrow’s case came to the Court. The speakers also address the impacts of the Court’s holding that an employee challenging a discriminatory job transfer need not show that the discrimination caused them some additional, significant harm.
