Product Description
Product Description
This program is designed to equip defense attorneys with the skills and strategies necessary to challenge unlawful evidence in operating under the influence (OUI) cases and beyond. We take a deep dive into the legal standards governing motions to suppress, including constitutional challenges related to traffic stops, field sobriety tests, breathalyzer results, and warrantless searches. Attendees gain insights from experienced practitioners on identifying key suppression issues, drafting persuasive motions, and effectively arguing before the court to exclude improperly obtained evidence.
Our program explores broader suppression issues relevant to the exclusion of breath test results. In addition, other constitutional issues are explored. Attendees learn how to leverage procedural and substantive defenses to strengthen their cases. Whether representing clients in misdemeanor or felony matters, this training provides essential tools for safeguarding constitutional rights and securing favorable outcomes in suppression hearings.
