    Product Description

We cover the importance of visual persuasion, visual literacy, and recognizing deepfakes. You learn to appreciate when photos, video, audio, and documents are vulnerable to manipulation or misinterpretation; spot hallmark clues of alteration in metadata, pixel-level pattern, and camera sensor signatures; and understand why “looking at it” is never enough—and what AI tools are necessary to assist in ensuring the truth of visual evidence. We also explore additional AI uses that the average trial lawyer could employ to enhance their case investigation, preparation and evidence presentations.  You leave with practical methods to build visuals that are accurate, transparent, and trial-ready—and ways to expose fake evidence.

This training is essential for the trial lawyer who wants to stay abreast of the relevant technology. It opens your eyes to the potential advantages and pitfalls of AI evidence, admissibility of generative AI, and emerging ethics concerns. Take advantage of this valuable opportunity to ask questions of our expert panel and become a more effective trial lawyer, whether you are a prosecutor or defense attorney!
