    The discussion will be guided by Lisa Cukier, an experienced family and probate law practitioner and 2024-25 recipient of MCLE’s Scholar-Mentor Award, who will bring forward questions from the bar’s perspective and explore how the Chief’s initiatives may affect daily practice. Following this interview, the program will open for audience questions, giving participants the chance to engage directly with the Chief Justice.
