MCLE is pleased to present its twentieth annual comprehensive Conference developed exclusively for the family law practitioner. This year’s Conference takes a close look at a number of sophisticated issues and provides timely, practical information for all levels of practice. The Conference features leading practitioners, experts, and judges speaking on current and emerging issues in family law and practice. Conference highlights include a plenary panel on alimony, as well as one on hot financial topics, and an in-depth judicial forum. Also included are the annual case law and legislative update, an update on the state of the Probate and Family Court from Chief Justice Ordoñez, and two workshops from which registrants may select one.
