After the Emergency declaration, a series of orders and advisories began to issue to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. As a result, we are seeing access to food and supplies reduced, schools and non-essential businesses closed, personal access to Courts and state agencies prohibited and residents remain advised to shelter in place. The health effects of COVID-19 and the mitigation efforts have dramatically altered our lives and caused negative impacts on our economy, self-sustainability, and safety.
