    THE 60-MINUTE LAWYER

Law students have practically unlimited time and resources to complete legal research assignments. Practicing attorneys, however, do not enjoy those benefits. Traditional legal research resources might be too complicated, too expensive, or both for the projects that you need to do.

During this new program, we begin by discussing the benefits of developing a research plan before your first mouse click, and provide some strategies and examples for doing so. Then, we introduce you to alternative resources for legal research, including reputable sources that are freely available online. We conclude our hour together exploring a tool that all of us use, but few of us know how to use expertly: Google.
