Judgment Denying Reinstatement
This matter came before the Court, Kafker, J., on a Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to S.J.C. Rule 4:01, § 18, and the Recommendation and Vote of the Board of Bar Overseers (Board) filed on December 17, 2019, recommending that the Petition for Reinstatement be denied.
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petition for reinstatement, be, and hereby is denied retroactive to December 17, 2019.
