Product Description
Issues surrounding the biological parentage of children continue to play a significant role in the field of domestic relations in light of the ever-evolving nature of family relationships in today’s world. While the de-criminalization of the adjudication of paternity proceedings has paved the way for equality before the law of marital versus non-marital children, the legal rights and responsibilities that attach once biological parentage has been established are of vital consequence to all parents and children in any domestic relations proceeding. Establishing or refuting paternity of a child in a timely manner is a core component of all cases before the Probate and Family Court involving children.
This program is a must-attend for attorneys who practice domestic relations law in either a collaborative law or litigation setting.
