Will I receive an admission ticket or confirmation of registration when I register?
Yes. When you register for a program, whether done online or via phone, mail or email, you will be emailed an order confirmation. You should print out the confirmation, which includes an admission ticket for the program, and bring it with you on the day of the program. If you do not receive a confirmation, or forget to bring it, please check in with the registrar on the day of the program.
I registered for a program, but I don't recall its date or time; how do I find out when the program is scheduled?
If you received an email confirmation of your registration and still have it, check the admission ticket included in the email for the date, time and location of the program. If you did not receive a confirmation, or no longer have it, you can look up the program in the MCLE program calendar. If you are still having trouble finding what you need, contact MCLE customer service, either by email or by calling (617) 482-2205 ext. 6.
I am not sure if I am registered for a program, how can I check?
If you are registered for a program it will show up in your order history and you should have received a confirmation email. To check your order history and see if you are registered for a program, sign into your account go to the MyOrders page. There you will see all current and past orders, including any upcoming program registrations. If you do not see a program registration that you believe should be there, please contact MCLE customer service, either by email or by calling (617) 482-2205 extension 7.
How do I cancel my registration for a program?
If you’re unable to attend a program you’ve registered for, simply contact MCLE's customer service team by email or by calling 1-800-966-6253 extension 7, by the end of the business day prior to the program and we’ll be happy to refund your tuition, minus a $25 processing fee. If we don’t hear from you and you do not attend, you will have access to the online program materials page for 90 days from the date of the program, in full satisfaction of the tuition paid. For limited enrollment programs, cancellations received two weeks prior to the program will receive a full refund minus a $45 processing fee. After this time no refunds are available.
When does MCLE cancel programs, and how are registrants notified?
In rare situations a program may be cancelled due to low enrollment or be cancelled or have a delayed start due to extreme weather conditions. In those situations, all registrants will be contacted via phone and/or email. For weather-related delays or cancellations will also be announced on this website.
Can I register for a program at the door on the day of the program?
Yes. In the majority of cases, you can register for an MCLE program on the day of the program. You can speed up the walk-in registration process by having a business card handy, or by downloading an order form for the program and completing it ahead of time. Programs are occasionally cancelled due to low enrollment or extreme weather conditions. If you have not pre-registered for a program, you are encouraged to call ahead or check this website to confirm that it is going forward as originally planned. A few MCLE programs and have prerequisites or registration limits which preclude walk-in registrations. Please see the detailed catalog page for the individual program to see if there are prerequisites or registration limits for a program.
What is the waiting list procedure for programs with limited enrollments?
For those programs with limited enrollment, early registration is encouraged. If you wish to register for a program that is fully subscribed, your name will be placed on a waiting list. As space becomes available for the program, persons on the waiting list are contacted and given the option to register on a first-come, first-serve basis.
